Order Placement

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders.
 24-hour notice may be accommodated in limited situations, depending on availability.
 Same-day orders are not accepted.
Payment Policy
 Full payment is required upfront to secure your order.
• Orders are not started until payment is received.

Order Changes

• We do not typically offer custom orders.
• If a change is requested, it must be communicated the same day the order is placed and is subject to approval based on timing and availability.
• Changes are not guaranteed, especially close to the fulfillment date.


Allergens & Food Safety

• Products are made in a home-based cottage food operation.
• Our kitchen handles dairy, wheat, eggs, and nuts.
• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contact with allergens.


Cottage Food Disclaimer

This product is made in a home kitchen not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.


Quality & Taste Disclaimer

• Taste and texture preferences are subjective; refunds will not be issued based on personal preference.
• If a foreign object is found, photo proof is required for review and consideration of a full refund.
