This business operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law. All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
In accordance with Florida law, the following statement applies to all products:
“Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.”
Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any allergies prior to placing an order.
2. Product Disclaimer
All items are made-to-order and intended for immediate consumption or short-term storage. Proper storage instructions may be provided when applicable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow them.
3. Order Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders unless otherwise agreed upon. Orders are not considered confirmed until details are finalized and accepted.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment may be required to secure your order. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received. Due to the custom nature of our products, payments are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and/or delivery arrangements will be coordinated after your order is placed. Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.
6. Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale. While we strive to meet your expectations, we are not responsible for dissatisfaction based on subjective taste or design preferences once the agreed-upon product has been completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kiss my Crumb shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, damages, or injuries resulting from the consumption or handling of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and product designs, is the property of Kiss my Crumb and may not be used without permission.
9. Changes to This Notice
