Refund policy

 Refunds are only issued if:

• An error was made on our end

• The order is canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice and baking has not yet begun.

• Orders placed for pickup or delivery within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• In rare instances where a custom order is accepted, all custom orders are non-refundable.
